I had an 'out of office' reply from Hammersmith giving me times of shows etc etc so I'm not to hopeful in actually getting a response.

I will wait an hour or so and try and get another email address if I don't get a reply as it mentions in this mail if the information doesn't answer my query someone will get back to me.

HAving just sent one kind member a pm asking for some tickets I opned my email to see I had won some as well. But like others unable to enter code and get them! My daughter will be gutted if we can't go!

I've also been told I got a pair of these tickets and have the same issue. I spoke to the Ticketmaster customer services and he told me that HMV messed the emails up because the tickets were meant to be redeemed by 1400 this afternoon which isn't what the email says. I then forwarded the email to the info@hammersmithapollo.net and just got an 'out of hours autoreply' so it's not looking promising!

It's seems to be working now!!!! There is an option to enter a promo code via the link:j:j.

I don't want to enter the code though as I can't use it and it might make it invalid for someone else to use.

Can somebody enter one and let us know.
