JLS tickets - willing to give away but need help first lol!

I just got an email half an hour ago saying Ive won tickets to see JLS tomorrow at Hammersmith Apollo. It told me to click on a link to Ticketmaster and I needed to type in the unique code to download them. But all the page says is 'tickets are unavaialble' Anyone help? The Apollos email address is No Reply.

I won some the other day and got the email yesterday. The email I received stated that codes must be reedemed by 10am on Friday 12 February or the code will become invalid.

I won tickets too & i can't work out how to get the tickets :cool:
The email that sent the email to me says no reply as part of the email address so i don't know who to contact.
My son would love to go & see them but i just can't work out how to get the tickets.

It says i have until midday to redeem the tickets.

Mine does the same but on the email it states you have until mid-day on Saturday to claim?

try and look up a phone number for Apollo if you cant e-mail them back and ask them how to redeem for the tickets for JLS.Just a thought and suggestion

Helping out my mate on this as she is having trouble, she called Ticketmaster who were helpful but couldnt sort it. They said they would look into it tomorrow morning as they are off for the day now!

My husband has just called the ticket hotline 020 8563 3800.
They said they've had quite a few call about this, they took his number & said they'd get back to him by 8pm tonight.
Not sure what they are going to do but will let you know.

I won tickets too and like others don't know how to download the tickets, I called Ticketmasters and they couldn't help, forwarded the email at their request, now waiting for phone call from them.
