Help Please (Flowers Direct)

Hi All
I ordered a gift balloon for my daughter from Flowers Direct. When it arrived they sent the wrong balloon and hadn't included the gift card I asked for. I phoned them and wrote to explain my annoyance.
The replacement balloon looked like something dragged out from under the counter at Asda and I can't even find it on their site...it wouldn't have been so bad if it had been one of the ones from the choice of 3 I initially ordered from.
Their T&C's (hidden in tiny print at the bottom of their home page) say they can change the product without warning but they are not easy to find and hidden amongst lots of other links. There is no warning with the confirmation email.
They say they have completed their contractural obligation and won't offer a refund (although they have sent some chocolates) but I feel the T&C's are so hidden that I should have been made aware either by email or phone that the order was going to be changed.
Can I do anything or am I stuck with this service?
Cheers

Did you click the checkbox to say you're in agreement with their T&Cs when you made the order?0

I'd learn from experience and just not use them again. I know it was for your little girl, but it's a balloon and some things just aren't worth pursuing.
Plus you've slagged them off on here so you've done something positive, if you know what I mean."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
