the card says to contact in 24 hours, so i have until tomorrow morning to decide what to do
If and when they turn up, tell them to bogof!!!!!!!!!!!!! you're under NO legal obligation to deal with these muppets, request all correspondence in writing, should they be stubborn and refuse to leave, call the police and have them arrested for trespassing, they'll think twice before visiting you again.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
The Default letter is because you've missed paymets, it's NOT a default letter which gives them the right to commence litigation, also, that default letter is dated 2008, is that the only default letter you have?
i have some more letters but i'll have to have a look for them, will probably be sometime tomorrow!
thank you both for your help! if he turns up i'll just tell him to do one0
