my wife has just received a letter saying her overdraft will be withdrawn on the 1st of april can they just take it like that it will leave us in deep s"*t any help would be great thanks ray

Yes, the bank can call in an overdraft at any time as overdrafts are repayable on demand.

This has happened to me too, i'm in deep if they take that overdraft away! think ill have to go into the bank and ask whats going on.Never regret anything that made you smile
