Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can help,
I had a large bill wth BT which i paid in full around 6-8 months ago, the bill was paid quite late but was cleared in full, i know this for certain as BT required fully settled to provide me with service.
Shortly after paying i received a letter from wescot chasing one part of the debt (i had 3 accounts with bt for the different services i used). I called them they said they would contact bt, received another letter so wrote to them asking for them to stop bothering me as i have paid the debt.
Just a few days ago received another letter from wescot informing me that they had tracked me via credit search company and now require this amount to be paid.
Can anyone help?

Get all the paperwork together proving the debt and your full settlement of it and, if you're happy you can prove your case, tell them you'll see them in Court!Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
