MoneySavingCashback - rip off merchants?

Hello all,

anyone else having problems with https://www.moneysavingcashback.co.uk ? I recently responded to a couple of cashback offers involving Mecca and GameDuell. The Mecca transaction tracked fairly quickly at £10, with the promise that once validated I could enter a VIP code for a further £10. However today I note that the cashback has been reduced to £5. It still has not validated after nearly a month. I have the original email which clearly states £10 for this transaction.

The GameDuell transaction has never tracked at all, despite the fact that the clickthrough has been recorder on my moneysavingcashback.com account. I have sent four messages requesting that this transaction be added and I have not had a single response, despite specifically asking for one.

I've used Quidco for many years and never had any problems. I am beginning to suspect that MoneySavingCashback is simply a rip-off and I would urge anyone thinking of using this site to think again. Perhaps I have just been unlucky but I'm not getting my hopes up for this site (and they still owe me £20 from a previous transaction!)

I did some searching (via netflip who are still sending the emails for mscashback). Turns out they are now hiding at cashback.co.uk. Same login details worked, so i'm off to make up the rest of my minimum before leaving them well alone.
