Childcare vouchers options - Accor?

Hi All,
I am currently use Imagine for my childcare vouchers but the comapny says can I move to Accor to be in line with our section of the company.
I have been reading the Accor terms and conditions and it seem to me
If I leave the scheme I can't take out the money out of the account.
The other scheme (imagine) my company has been able to get the money back and then reimburse the employee who left the scheme.
Has anyone had problems with Accor getting money back?
The reason is I may end up with a surplus of £1500+ before the next DS goes to nursery a year and half away (not even born yet). Anything could happen before then so want to make sure I can access it.
