Does anywhere sell gold or silver over the counter?

I'm interested in buying gold/silver coins, things like krugerrands, silver maples etc.
Is there anywhere in the South East / London area where you can actually buy these from a shop? (I can find many places that sell them online but haven't located an actual physical shop yet.
thank you

I guess some part of London would obviously do this.
Try a random internet search.

A point to note is krugerrands are not capital gains tax free but sovereigns are because they are british currency and that must be one of the biggest reasons to buy coins rather then less costly gold funds, etc
I think its possible to get silver proof crowns also. Let us know the prices if you do find someone0 -
hallmark,
The link is for coin dealers, a good number do gold coins, some even do bullion as and when they get it.
Also try out pawnshops, secondhand shops and anywhere that has a "We buy gold" sign.
