Hello everyone, Im getting a bit overwhelmed and could do with some advice. I put in a claim a few years back and have been waiting like evryone else. I have just received a notice of discontinuance but have just read on here that i can still claim under 'hardship'.. is this correct? I am a loan parent with two children, one who has special needs so i am his full time carer also. Since the whole start of this i have been in a hardship situation and yes, life is quite a struggle financially. Am i elligable? and if so does anyone have a link for a letter that i can get the ball rolling with? many many thanks in advance
(and good luck to everyone else who is still trying)

Yes the article is correct.
Most people find life quite a struggle financially, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are in financial hardship.
Have a read of the lending code (page 20) to see if you might be considered as being under financial hardship
