Buying a used ford
Please help. Signed al paperwork and finance at a Ford dealership to buy a 2008 ford s max and due to pick up today. The mileage on the paperwork, advert and in showroom states 14250, so the deal i agreed on was based on this mileage. Today the dealer advises me that the actual milage is 19000. Wat should I do??l

Ask for £500 off because the miles are higher than advertised by more than a little bit or tell them it's no deal because they have mis-represented the vehicle.
If it was only say, 1000 miles out, I wouldn't worry.0 -
Ask for a full tank of petrol, a set of mats and a free service.
5000 miles isn't a huge amount0 -
Ask them to reset the mileage.:cool:0

I agree, 5000 ish miles is significant, £500 off seems reasonable for their mistake.0
