Wardrobe Runner Broken - Need Help in Fixing

Hi everyone,
I have huge big (floor to ceiling) wardrobe doors. There are 3 doors in total and they slide left to right to allow access (two doors on back rail, one on centre front rail).
The left side door, the runner has jumped off the track, bent over on itself and snapped. Not knowing this, have tried to 'shove' the door and that has consequently misshapen the front runner of the same door (they have both a front and back runner to keep them on the tracks).
To replace the entire door would probably be about £100's and £100's (they are very big!), and it's only a little runner wheel that looks like it needs.
Any ideas about where to find a runner, and then how to fix it??
I did have a joiner come and take a look at it, and say it could be fixed, but he was meant to give me a quote, but never got back. Now I'm skint, so need to do it myself.
Thanks for any advice you're able to offer.

B&Q sell Slik sliding door gear. Would be worth going there to see if any of the sets would help. Also on their website to see photos.0

can you post a photo on here?
you might find that taking the gear off and asking a local engineer to make a copy, would be fairly cheap. 50/100 quid?Get some gorm.0 -
Thanks so much - hadn't appreciated B&Q did the gear (sounds dodgy!!!), have got one fairly local and also desperately need some garage shelves so will pop up tomorrow and see what they've got. I'm struggling to get in to get a pic, appreciate I'll have to empty the whole bally lot to fix it, but trying to avoid it until last minute!0
