Going to try claiming with Lloyds!!!!!!

I think I am going to need some luck. I am going to be sending my letter off to Lloyds Tsb on Monday to try and claim back £700 ish in bank charges!!!!!!

I am paying them back at £50 a month as my husband has been off work sick but now back at work (thank godness). So they should agree to us been in hardship cos we are also in a DMP!!!!!!!

Hope I get somewhere with it. Has anyone else tried claiming back from Lloyds???

Please read my signature especially page 20. If your husband was still off sick from work then I would probably agree that you have a chance under financial hardship. As he is back in work I am not so sure it will be but ask Lloyds the question.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
