in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I received a letter from Halifax Credit Card Services giving me a refund of just over £700.00 out of a claim for £736.00. Thanks to Martin Lewis' letters. Now I just have to wait and see what happens with Marbles Credit Card. So, a note to anyone claiming.....don't give up and stand your ground.

    Credit card reclaiming is unaffected by the supreme court decision so there would be no change in the template letters on that front.

    Hi there can you give me the address you posted your Marbles reclaim to -i am hoping to reclim charges on an account which closed in 2005.
