Help with Outlook please.

Hi, I am trying to set my email account connected to outlook. When I try to open Outlook it half opens with a blue box in the left hand corner of screen that says configuring Outlook accounts.

Then a dialogue box comes up and says "cannot open your default email folders. You must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize with your offline folder file."

I have uninstalled Microsoft Office and then put it back on again and it still says the same thing.

Please help as I want to apply for the Arise homeworking job and you need your email to be through Outloo.

Go to control panel and mail. You can use this to reconfigure/remove the Outlook account that is giving you problems and then add the new account.

go into control panel>mail and delete the default profile. Then start outlook again
