Do not go for the lappy.

They are too easily damaged, cost big money to repair and are more costly to upgrade.

In addition, they encourage the user to adopt postures which are detrimental to health and can easily lead to muscular strains, carpal tunnel syndrome etc.

Far better to have a durable desk top,set up correctly,at a proper desk, with a decent chair and the right amount of light.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

HiYa Phil from Comet, is the "" Full Microsoft Office suite is included in the package "" licensed or ' trialware ' ?
or like Corel® WinDVD, McAfee® Internet Security Suite, just a ' pay-me-later ' type product.

    - Pay the xtra £20 for the Samsung / Toshiba whatever - get the 2gig memory, the graphics memory is shared, and .. .. .. it's on Win7
    - Even though you have ' broadband already ' take the offer of a free dongle
    - Lappies or desktop - she's a bairn, let her have the lappie and make sure it's pink - it's free - it has a warranty - make her happy !

BTW, when you get it, come back here and ask someone how to get the free Microsoft Security Essentials, and, how to delete the McAfee AntiVirus [ and other rubbish programmes ] you have to pay for !

    Hi Richie from the Boro

The Full Microsoft Office suite included in the package is fully licensed, it is not a trial version.

    Thanks
