Faulty laminate flooring.

My mum bought laminate for her kitchen, made sure all boxes had same batch no etc. The colour of the laminate varies per box, one is a peach shade another box is beige, totally doesn't match when laid next to each other.
Flooring guy has laid the beige coloured ones first, so my mum returned 2 boxes of the peach coloured stuff and tried her luck with 2 more boxes. One ok, one not. Also the edging which comes with it is wrong colour also.
Shop phoned the manufacturers who said they were not aware of any problem.
Tommorow she is returning the wrong coloured remaining box of laminate and edging and wants me to go with her.
Just want to be reminded of our rights before we go, seems ridiculous as I used to work on the returns desk of this shop (large chain), but worried in case I miss something and they try and fob her off to the manufacturer!

I thought that may be the case when I read the OP. Can you take the strips outside (with a sales assistant of course)?"Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
