New porch cost

Hi, We have a upvc porch up at the moment which has seen better days, how much would we be looking at to have this taken down and replaced with a brick built one? No windows just a door, or even just a canopy with dwarf walls and oak beams? We are in essex

Thanks

Sounds ok to me, a builder that I know seems to think it would be alot more than that as he said building regs mean you have to dig out footings and stuff, I think he was just being fussy, who are the best people to get to qoute? builders or porch/conservatory companies?
