  • Ok Heres the latest........

OH has just spoken to the solicitors as advised by CCCS they have said they are willing to accept £130 in total and that will stop everything.

So what do you advise? I'm thinking that for the extra £47 a month then this is well worth it. At least then I will start to relax again, ok so i have to find the extra money but at least that will be the end of it. I am actually looking for a wee job so was hoping to up the money soon anyway the problem is trying to find a wee job at night or at the weekend.

Am i being niave to think that will be the end of this nasty situation?

CCCS would not agree to up the payment but the solicitor agreed that we can pay them the extra direct and not to tell anyone else? What do you think?

I honestly think this is the best solution at the moment and then i can maybe try and change this over to a DAS.

Any advice would be really appreciated.
