but unfortunatly they just let them pray on victims like us a specially when we do need help to sort our finances and just tray to live a normal life it is bad enough to strugle to pay your debts.

    Who are 'the people responssible'?

    They sound great! :D
  • remember yes loans took my £69.50 well i have recieved a letter from my credit card company and the good news is they credited the money back to a/c they said they will still invistigate the matter but i have my money back.
it is always good idea to pay with your credit card in case there is problems your company can help

How are people supposed to "protect" you??

The very simplest of searches would have found an enormous amount of information informing you of this scam.

As long as we live in a World where we can build our own websites and start our own businesses, there will always be scammers out to make some easy money.

You can see how easy it is to make lots (and lots) of money simply by telling people what they want to hear.

when i said people supposed to help i meant the government hom in charged of finanace ,ext.if they took all this people out of buiseness we want have this problems now.

There was another thread about these people just a couple of weeks ago, seems many people have been conned by them. This other thread did have people saying they had successes with refunds because there's some act that says brokerage fees should be £5 or something like that - hopefully someone who knows more than I do will be able to reassure you shortly but in the meantime I will have a look and see if i can find it. Btw, I contacted them for a small loan but decided against paying them any money

Looks like you've fell into the 'Brokers Fee' Trick, They almost promise you a loan, Qoute you with a rough idea of the APR your looking at paying, and the monthly repayments, They say they have accepted you for the loan, Ask for a upfront fee to cover admin costs etc etc (Although no loan company will actully ask for money before they pay out the loan) so bare that in mind, From what i understand you have a legal right to claim all but £5 of the money you paid them, Usally you can do this by sending them a letter, Saying you will be taking legal action against them should they not refund you the money you paid, But i might be wrong so try and get some verification of this.

Remember, No loan company will ask for upfront fees, They make there money from you on the interest you pay over the term the loan is taken out, Never pay for somthing you dont have.

    Kindest Regards

    Mike
