Hi
I have appleid for yes loan about two weeks ago they make it seem that the loans is yours all you need to do is sign the form and that is it , but unfortunatley it is not like that after they took my £69.50.
I recieved a form saying welcome to yes loan. after that no calls was unsewrd no letters to exlpain what happend with my loan no nothing.
all i keep getting is calls from some people called beneficiall they want 15 percent to reduce my debt. so i rung my credit card company and told them about the 69 pound they are sending me a form and stop the payement for 28 days until they see the case hopefully i will get the money back, please dont apply to yes loan because it is a biG Scam

    They took an application/processing fee?

I have never heard of such a thing.....

    How terrible.....
  • Good luck! I hope you manage to get your money back. I would also send a strongly worded letter to Yes Loans to complain and let them know you are dealing with your credit card company to get this money back. This might get them to contact you

  • Hi, I'm new here but have been browsing the forum for a while now. I've had experiences with Yes Loans also. They tell you the loan has been approved "in principal" basically meaning they will take your application and a fee but no loan has been approved really.

Sometimes they can come through and get you a loan and sometimes they appear to forget about you altogher or pass you onto another broker, looking more fees- a bit of a mixed bag with these companies.

Let them know you are dealing with your credit card company to get this money back.

Section 75 only applies to sums between £100 and £30,000.
I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.
  • yes loans are a con. i was also robbed by them of the 69 pound. just sent them a very strong worded letter. I will let you know how I get on
  • the people responssible supose to protect us from sharks like yes loan

How are people supposed to "protect" you??

The very simplest of searches would have found an enormous amount of information informing you of this scam.

As long as we live in a World where we can build our own websites and start our own businesses, there will always be scammers out to make some easy money.

You can see how easy it is to make lots (and lots) of money simply by telling people what they want to hear.
