CEX payment issue

I'm not sure which forum to post this in so apologies if this is the wrong one.
I recenlty sold 3 phones to CEX online, 2 on one order no and 1 on the other but I packed them all in the same box (I did mark both order no's on the outside of the box and included both order print outs inside the box).
My order has shown as tracked but I find their site v confusing, it showed the same phone three times (1 was for £34 and the other two £30) and it showed 3 entries @ £34 so I emailed them to query it but had no reply. I checked my account today and it says payment has been processed but it looks like it's only processed £34 instead of £94. I've emailed them again today through their site but wondered if this is a common problem? Beofre I sent the parcel I couldn't find anything on there about sending more than one order in one parcel.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Thanks

I have had some dealings with them, although I go into branch.
The three prices are for the quality - eg. A condition will be the best price, and there may be a separate price for unlocked phones.
I have to say they are VERY fussy - if there is any (even superficial) damage to the phone, it won't pass as A condition. The rules are that it has to be 1. as good as new and 2. complete, ie. all accessories etc. in an unused condition.

Sorry, I don't think I explained myself very well....
Phone 1 was valued @ £34 (Sony), phones 2 & 3 (both the same Samsung model) £30 each. When I checked the order tracking a few days ago it had 3 entries at £34 but today it had one entry at £34 so it's like it hasn't tracked the 2 Samsung phones.0 -

It looks like they've only processed the one phone order for £34.
At the moment, once CEX confirm receipt of your order each item will show up three times in your account (once to say waiting for delivery, once to say whether it's passed the tests and once to say whether they're buying the item from you/returning it) The order subtotal also shows a value three times what it should. They do pay you the correct amount though.
Hopefully it's just a case of them not entering it into the system yet. They can be a bit slow with phone orders sometimes it seems.0
