The trouble you may find is that MBNA provide Virgin with their finance deals, i.e. credit cards, so you probably won't be allowed to swap from one card to another within the same 'network' as they are technically the same company as MBNA are the underwriters.

But she got the offer from Halifax?

Well - Virgin is quite well known for repeat offer so you could take the 6 mths and then transfer back to Virgin after that on good repeat offer. But it's a risk. Hoping they will do new repeat offer for you.

And taking the BT fee in account you won't effectively repay anything. Just postpone the debt.

Otherwise go for LOB and won't have to think about it again. Just keep paying until it's gone.

    Hi,

This is what I am searching for and you provided very beneficial information to me that will keep me update whenever I decide to get another one for me.

    Thanks

T&C's were changed a while ago, some people seem to still have the old terms which were the lesser of £25 plus interest or 1% of balance. New applications will get the latest terms which is the greater of 1% of balance before interest or £25.
