bought a hp deskjet 1660 printer do i need to download the disc that came with it.am running with windows vista on pc .i did download disc but then found internet explorer kept closing down & restarting.have now uninstalled printer .any advice out there thanks

Did it work anyway without the disk? HP probably have updated software on their website, so you could install that instead of using the disk.0
