hi there, i put a claim in to halifax a few years ago, my claim was put on hold while test case was going on, got a letter about a month ago stating i wouldnt be getting anything from them, ive since heard that we might be able to still claim sum of our money back but ive searched the forums and the only story's im reading are of people that are in hardship, i am not in hardship but still want my money back, my question is: can i still ask for it back or not??

It explains the possible routes to reclaiming bank charges, but as you say, unless you are reclaiming on the basis of financial hardship the situation is less certain and more difficult.

On my signature is the lending code. Read from page 20 and apply the lending code to your circumstances.0
