Travel Cot advice?

We had a travel cot with my eldest two, think it was about £80 at the time but was a complete god send whenever we went anywhere so easy to sling in teh back of the car and put up at grandparents house etc. Did use it a few times as a play pen but eldest wasn't happy been in there he would rather crawl about. Ours had a fairely think matress included.
Am pregnant with my 3 now and looking at buying a new one as we got rid of all our baby things, big gap between them. We are looking at

If it is just to be used in your house and depending on your budget, you could get something like this:
