A quick Google search turns up this linky and the companies website.

So it turns out they're a anti-fraud outfit fronted by Experian. They're not a credit agency.

I'll be honest, I'd never heard of them so appreciate the heads-up - good to know it isn't just Google and Tescos collecting my personal data.

Glad I can be of help. I was well shafted by this group who have shared my innacurate Data with Barclays Bank. I was alreted to them by this site and got my report from them. I had no knowledge of them and was scratching my head wondering why I had been refused when my credit reports are excellant. Good LUCK AND THANKS.

You're financially linked to your husband so even if you applied for the mortgage in your name only, your husband's rating would still affect your chances of getting it. So I would say the best way to fix this is sort out whatever is damaging your husband's credit rating.
