Moonpig-emailed praise once again!

I posted a thread about praising by email a few days ago, and once again I have found yet another company deserving of the honour! (I must sound like a softie idiot, but honestly I DO complain). I sent an order to moonpig for 2 cards very late on Tuesday night, came home from work this evening-and they were laying on the mat. Didn't cost that much more than I'd pay for cards anyway, and they were personalised. Emailed the company because I thought that was great service! Luckily my fiancee comes in an hour after me-or he'd have been wondering what the two big white envelopes were for me..Hid them now until the 13th (our anniversary) and the 14th (Valentines day). Only thing I had a lil gripe about was the fact they had 'Moonpig' splattered over the envelope-not a good idea if you want to surprise someone. :)

I ordered a card yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. It was a Me 2 You card and I could write my own message and put 2 photographs on it and it was only £2.99. The normal Me 2 You cards i'd been looking at in Clintons were more than that.

I think I might use Moonpig a lot more in future :)

Never had an issue with Moonpig yet and the little ones in my life love the personalised cards they do.

I'm afraid the TV ads have deterred me from ever using them.

I DO know what you mean...they drive me mad! But they jogged my memory about anniversary (yes chaps-sometimes women forget) so thought-I'll give it a shot. Well worth it....even sitting through the dreadful jingles :rotfl:

Love moonpig and would recommend it to anyone. I also agree about the outer envelope bit.

I also didn't bother with them because of the adverts, but try them once and see how you like them. ;)
  • Try the new UK site called Funky Pigeon they run discount codes on voucher sites and offer the same sameday print and post service.
They use plain white envelopes without an area post mark so you don't know where they have been posted or what is inside it.

They also have an exclusive Facebook application for photo upload (for the more adventurous)

I see Moonpig have stopped taking card orders today?

Impressive service from this company, which delivered a personalised card ordered over the internet to a recipient in Indonesia. This took less than a week at very reasonable cost.:)
    Trying to keep it simple...;)

I've used Moonpig for probably 8 years, never had a problem, love their products and friends always comment. My Valentines card to him this year has 8 photos of the two of us over the last 21 years together. Highly recommend.
The only other time I used another online card company was when the Moonpig website went down (Jan 2007), Mums birthday card never arrived - I got my money back, but that was my Mum's last bithday .... (sad)
