Agreeing on finacial statement.
Ok so I am coming up to my yearly meeting and have just had a phone conversation with the lady dealing with my case and I just want to scream at her!!!
We were going through my expenditure and she said to me well you can now afford £503!!! I was like how does that work when I now pay full rent of £575!!! She was like well this is now this amount and this is that, it came to a complete shock to me that I signed a statement on Wednesday saying this is what my expenditure was and she has said well actually it this, for example Eye care is now £6 per month, I wear glasses/contacts how on hell's earth is this enough??? I was allowed £13 last year how can they decrease it without telling me???
Also she tried to tell me that I needed to produce proof of the mileage I do when I go see friends and family!!! What the hell???? I have her mileage for work and my g/friend but she now wants my football traveling too!!!
I'm getting to my wits end now, and am really struggling with how they work all these expenses out!!!
Sorry for going on, but I'm really annoyed at the minute as I was hoping payments would decrease beings as I'm now living alone and not sharing!!! Instead they want to raise them!!!:mad:
I just wish I was advised a little better to begin with!!!
