Help!!!

I have a total of £16000 debt on 5 different credit cards. 3 of these are on 5% apr forlife of balance but other 2 are on 18% apr and very expensive. I have only managed to pay minimum payments so don't feel i am reducing my debt at all. I'm very worried as I am only working 4 days a week on minimum wage and now my credit card payments plus monthly rent are more than my income! Can anyone advise on what i should do? Shall i try for 1 loan to consolidate? Is that wise? will it reduce my monthly outgoings as i currently cant afford them? I am very dubious about IVA or bankruptcy as don't want to ruin my chance of gettin a mortgage in the future but need an answer as I am borrowing more to pay my debts and getting in a bigger mess! Any advise desperately needed thanks:(
