Do any of the overide numbers enable you to ring these ones?

Yes, if you know or can find out the geographical number they 'point at'.

No, overrider providers don't allow you to dial such numbers (in fact, as you'll see from the MSE CallCheckers, they are used by indirect access providers to make their money).

If not, use BT (but avoid using Virgin Media which charges extra for calling these numbers).
