I was up really early Friday morning to place my from their first day of the sale.
I had confirmation sent saying what I had ordered, but still nothing to say its on its way to me
I placed another small order later in the day, that was sent out monday,
I keep calling to say where is the first order, they just keep saying being delt with but I know its not.
The annoying thing is everything is now out of stock so if if its in a que for picking its all been sold:mad:
Has anyone else who ordered early in the morning had a problems?

Ordered round nine on friday morning, goods were delivered on Tuesday. Hope you get your stuff soon.
If not Boden have really good customer service. I would ask for winter stock at a comparable discount and think there's a good chance you'd get it as the customer services reps are allowed to think for themselves. (Have got Next to do this over sale stock before).
Last time I ordered on the phone I got chatting to the rep and explained that I was ordering a too big nightie for my daughter in the hopes it would irritate her eczema less than pyjamas. Instant sympathy and p and p waived!0
