Quick Help needed

Hi,

I am just starting to reclaim and was just wondering, if I have the account numbers of the agreements do I need to still get copies of the contracts or can I just send off the template letter asking for the PPI back.

Thanks

Hi There as long as you have the account numbers and you know they had PPI on and you know the reasons you are going to claim it back then go for it.

Send it recorded delivery and give them 8 weeks to reply.

    Good Luck
