Energy Suppliers....give First Utility a miss !

If anyone is considering switching to First Utility for their electricity and gas supplies, think very carefully !
I have been waiting for 4 months for them to begin supplying me with gas, and have spent hours on the phone to them, to no avail.
They may be very competitive pricewise, but the service I have received has been dreadful. There are plenty of other good deals around now, so I suggest you give FU a miss.

I have been with First Utility for 3 months now, like you I had to wait quite a long time to switch, but maybe they were not to blame? Up until now things seem to be going ok. I submit my usage every month and get an accurate up to date bill. I have my fingers crossed that things will be alright, if not, as there is no tie in contract thank goodness, I will go elsewhere.
