Hi guys,
My laptops on windows 7 and I’d really like to be able to use by creative ven v on it but I can’t seem to get the software to work. I've looked on the website and I can only find software for vista but I have read online that I should be able to get it to work. I tried transferring songs from media player but only 3 worked before it stopped transferring them over. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated

Can you just copy files to it using Windows explorer ?
No idea about the software I'm afraid, I always try and avoid using the software that comes with cameras, phoens and MP3 players etc. It always seems to be more trouble than it's worth. It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
Windows Vista software is generally compatible with Windows 7, but (like the previous poster) I would recommend avoiding Creative's own software if possible.0

If you are having problems then you can just use the compatibility mode to set the program to run in a Vista (or earlier) like environment.0
