Don't apologise. If we did our job properly then you would have been given all the information you required to confirm whether or not you have been billed correctly. You are frustrated because your not being given the information you need to check your consumption.
You can wait to receive the reply to your letter or contact me with your details and I will investigate for you. Either way, you should be given the information you need to check how accurately you have been billed.
