Nope but wouldn't touch them at the mo - i recently joined them - went live on 2nd Feb by which time i had received NOTHING from them, no letter, no welcome pack nothing at all, rang them and was told i was going live on the 2nd to which i asked "how can i when i don't even know my phone number", on 4th Feb my broadband stuff turned up - wouldn't work cos apparently the microfilter was faulty and was told by the PO to "go and buy a new one"!!! Have still received nothing - have been told there's a problem getting the welcome packs out - i don't know how to set up my voicemail or anything - i'm not happy - bet the money comes out on time tho!!

They are not the most communicative company but once setup you wont have any issues... much better than BT anyway!!

Not for Post Office Home Phone but £50 from Quidco for a new BT line/calls.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
  • Hi,

This cashback site seems to offer £9.50 for taking out a PO Phone.

    www.clickcashback.co.uk/

That said I am staill waiting for my order to track!

I'm guessing as Quidco / Topcashback don't offer this cash back on PO phones, the clickcashback site may not have been updated.

    Cheers

They do recommend a friend, £10 each. Was mentioned when I signed up.
  • Never heard of clickcashback site mentioned above, are they any good?
