ryanair and under 16s

Hi (it's my first post) and help..!
I need to book a Ryanair flight tonight if poss and all the ryanair phone lines are closed..
Does anyone know if one 16 year old can be treated as an adult in charge of 3 under 14s. The website 'Children under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied on the same reservation by a passenger over 16 years.", but is there a limit on how many under 14s one 16 year old can be in charge of. My 16 year old daughter needs to be in charge of her 13 year old brother and 12 and 9 year old cousins for a flight to Rodez (grandparents offering to do some school holiday care, lucky kids...and brave grandparents!)
If anyone knows, I'd be ever so grateful..
Thanks
