Oh, BTW, are your numbers from a nationally recognised and verifiable source like Nationwide or Halifax indices, land registry, etc?
Or some local Uni......;)“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

University of Ulster is a great source. It deals with NI only. Unlike nationwide which gives the [STRIKE]UK[/STRIKE] south of england average.

Sorry, but if you expect us to believe some local uni, where the data is probably collated by half stoned students, over the national indices from respected and credible organisations, you're sadly mistaken.
So what are the Haliwide saying in their regional data releases?
Let me guess, NI troughed last year?“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

I think the problem is that they both want it.StiflersMom wrote: »Lovely warm people like Gerry Adams and Iris Robinson. It's what makes Ulster that little piece of paradise that neither the Rep of Ireland or GB wants.
That may be an oversimplification of 300 years of history.
Maybe it's why prices went up so much.0 -
