Hi All!
It would seem that my beloved Cougar has been leaking power steering fluid all over my previously clean brick driveway - does anyone know how I can remove it please?
Unfortunately, I don't have a pressure washer or even an outside tap to attach a borrowed one to, so just wondering what my options are??
Any help hugely appreciated, esp as we trying to sell house and it looks a right mess as people drive up to view.
Cheers

park the car over the mark when folk come to view?
you can buy a degreaser to mix with water,i don't know if its any good though.
or connect a borrowed pressure washer up to your inside tap. you can buy hose adaptors to fit most taps....work permit granted!0 -

I was about to suggest a similar thing.......
My suggestion, buy 20p (no frills) washing up liquid bottles from tesco
pour on neat & use a scrubbing brush to agitate it into a lather, with a scoop, brush up (not wash off) the soapy suds into a bucket, and repeat about 5 times.
Now I would wash away with water and repeat another few times as necessary
I don't think it's a good idea to use water straight away because you're going to be washing oil everywhere, I prefer to remove as much oil trapped in the suds into a container as possible first.0 -
