Decorators Caulk to fill wall tie holes

Thanks for those that have already helped with this.

We have just had our old wall ties isolated and exposed, and filled with foam and render. The tiny holes where the new wall ties have been put in have been filled with decorators caulk.

I asked the wall tie man to use render, and he hasnt.

Is this a big problem.

Already have some views on this, but need more advice before I approach him.

Get hold of one of the tubes and see if it actually says caulk on it.

Normally these ties are fixed with resin, which may be in a tube which looks like caulk?

Some calks are suitable for outside and some are inside only. You need to find out what he has used.
