The real purpose of CCA enforcibility claims

There has been a real enthusiasm for people to make enforcability claims /PPI /Bank charges etc.
Let me enlighten on CC enforceability.
It's main purpose is to open up a route for solicitors to have a free flow of easy business.

It starts like this

1. If you claim falls within the criteria (before 2007 etc...) pay refundable fee if case fails....(boasts of 65-89% chance of success) Come and Join us!

2. Solicitors open up a insurance policy (or use one that you have) to cover your case an start extracting from the policy 300 per hour dealing with your case.

3. The case drags on despite it being for whatever length of time at the pace set by the solictor who is paid no matter what --- so the earning go up off your policy or the one theyve opened in your name
4. Eventually they may admit it is enforcable or ENforcable.

5. Solictors make 4 figure sum in fees.(Thank you very much)

6. Client upsets CC provider who sets out to blacken them.

The end
