gas man not turning up

i was supposed to have a pay as you go gas meter fitted today but the man never turned up. i rang up and told them tjhat no-one turned up and i had to take the day off work, the women didn't seem that bothered. i was just wondering if anyone new if i could clame any money or anything

Just call as it's something they are used to. The person will then raise a compensation claim on your behalf. Feedback should also be arranged for the person that did not make you aware that you could claim.
