Stoozing with Halifax One

I have some money to stooze (with my shiny new Halifax One card ;D).

However, I tried to BT to Egg online - this did not go through with an error along the lines of "This is not a card that we currently can BT to."

So, my question is - what other card(s) can I BT to, and subsequently SBT to my current account?

(or is there an easier option?)

Thanks in advance.

Some credit card companies do not BT to some cards. Maybe they have got wise that once you have BT to egg then you can SBT?

I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

try phoning halifax (the bt number is in the little book that comes with your card) and telling them you want to do a bt to your egg card. i did one a couple of months ago and it went through fine

    Same here!!!

I've done BT's to Egg from Halifax One and so has my wife. It's almost unbelieveable that they've stopped allowing this!!!

I have had this. The Egg Blue card is "new" so the credit card companies database of providers is out of date.

I you ring Halifax using the number on the back of the card they will be able to do a balance transfer to your Egg blue card.

I have done this several times.

Please note though that when Halifax says it may take up to 10 days they mean it. They are one of the slowest at doing BTs.

(I assme you have a balance on your Egg green and are in your anniversary period.)

Phew!!! I was starting to worry that the end of stoozing as we know it was here.

I can sleep better knowing that this isn't the case.
