If I were to fit a chimney liner to my existing flue can I then have a HETAS engineer fit my woodburner for me?

want to save as much on the installation as possible. Dont want be raped on getting it all done by them. All I am after is the notice plate to say its above board. Dont want the council involved as they are bunch of muppets round my way0
