Help needed Barclaycard charges

Hi having sent off for a sra to Barcalycard I have received a reply with just my statements but without the credit agreement and From what I can see

My charges are the following:
* Late Payment Fees 8x £20 = £160
* Late Payment Fees 14x £12 = £168
* Over the limit 9x £20 = £180
* Over the limit 10x £12 = £120


*ppi 1 @ = £ 20.49
*ppi 1 @ = £ 24.08
*ppi 1 @ = £ 25.17
*ppi 1 @ = £ 26.07
*ppi 1 @ = £ 26.99
*ppi 1 @ = £ 27.94
*ppi 1 @ = £ 28.91
*ppi 1 @ = £ 29.90


Can somebody please help me in answering the following?

* do I just claim the £20 late payment fees or the £12 charges too?
* How much interest do I add on to the charges?
* should I ask for the credit agreement now?
* Which template do I use to ask for the charges and do include my statements?
* shall I include the ppi charges or do I claim these separately?

And lastly my closed Barclaycard account has a balance of £2296 and Barclaycard have registered a default in august 2007, theses charges are worth roughly half of this and I probably can clear the rest is there anyway I can bargain with them to remove the default?
