Hitachi Capital

I need some help with Hitachi Capital, I purchased a sofa from DFS and took up the offer of one year no payments and 3 years interest free, since then my circumstances have changed big time and I can not afford the £90+ payments per month. I have made some payments but my outstanding bill has gone up over £600 in six months because of their charges (£25 for cancelling DD, £50 for a letter). I have tried to talk to them but one gentleman was particular unhelpful. Can I reclaim these charges? they are well excessive and make the situation worse.

I have written to them with a budget form but no response yet.

Any help would be appreciated. :(

(£355 bank charges reclaimed, £25 mortgage exit fees reclaimed and more to follow!)
