BG Paperless Billing? no replies to emails?

Hi

Am I naive in thinking that BG are having a problem lately or have they always been this bad in dealing with customers?

I am having a few problems and my emails are being ignored. To top it off, the website is now showing that I am NOT signed up to paperless billing when I am (obviously this is a worry as no paperless billing mean reverting to standard tariff).

Anyone else got this problem?

  • I wouldn't worry yet unless this has been like it for a weeks!

    So far I have switched tariffs, lost credit and not had paperless billing though the website i really thing it depends what day it is,

    The next day is always back to normal

    It's been like that for a couple of days. First I complained about the unit prices not showing on my bills. After I did that, the tick to show paperless billing disappeared from the gas account. I emailed again and surprise, the next day the same happened to the electric account!
