Web 14 from npower

Currently with npower on their web 14 dual fuel thingy.

We have been with them a year in march.

Looked at switching and it can save us a fair chunk of change (£300). However we are due a price reduction after being with them a year, the problem is I can't find anywhere that tells me how much that will be?

Your not due a price reduction, you get £100 credited to your bill after you have paid 12 monthly direct debits.
However you will need to wait for the bill following the 12th payment to be produced before you see it

Worth knowing I will wait a month (which is probably wise given the current state of things).
