Help repairing leather car seat

Ok not sure if here or the car bit is best but here goes.

A while back our drivers seat had a tiny rip in it..not sure how it was done but it has got worse and i suspect jeans or something has caught..anyway the side of the seat is a litle bit creased..kind of has deep lines where you sit and appears one of hem has cracked so another split..if it gets worse the seat will be ruined and its a lovely car that we hope to sell on without losing lots!

Is there anything we can put on it to hold the bits down (glue as opposed to leather patches!)..if i tuck them down you cant see they are even ripped but every time you sit on it again out it comes! I am hesitant to use something like superglue as not sure if it will do more harm than good but is there another type?..HELP!!
Thanks

Sounds like you need to give your leather a bit of TLC. When did you last 'moisturise' it? Leather is just skin, so if you don't moisturise it'll get dry and cracked.

You can use normal hand soap to give it a clean, then use a leather care product to moisturise. IIRC you can get flexible glue for leather. If you do decide to glue it, put a patch underneath the tear and glue the leather to that. Make sure the glue doesn't get near the top surface, as it'll show.

the trick is to get underneath the seat and find a bit of leather sticking out from the main covering edges. (or use any leather you can find if its not going to show).
cut that off and use it as the patch. place the patch under the rip and glue it.

you will prob be better/easier to remove the seat, to work on.
    Get some gorm.

Thanks. Yes i know i have to look after the leather and all the seats are fine tbh just seems to have this crack which i blamed on the cold as literally looks like its just split as opposed to someone ripping it. The rip is tiny so not sure ill get anything under it but will try with tweezers if need be but dont want to make it worse..whats the best care stuff to use? and where to get the leather glue from?
    Thanks
